By accessing or using Dreamzus (https://dreamzus.com), operated by AGSG LLC (Alpharetta, Georgia, USA; contact: alex@agsg.biz), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Disclaimer and Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the service.
2. Eligibility & Age Limitation (18+)
Dreamzus is strictly intended for adults 18 years of age and older. By using this service, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 in accordance with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). If you are under 18, you are not permitted to submit dreams or use this website.
3. Acceptable Use & User Conduct
You agree to use Dreamzus only for lawful, personal, non-commercial self-reflection. You agree NOT to:
- Submit content containing personally identifiable information (PII) of yourself or third parties (e.g., real names, phone numbers, addresses, social security numbers, medical records).
- Submit dreams containing child exploitation, abuse, non-consensual sexual content, or actionable threats of real-world violence.
- Attempt prompt injection, jailbreaking, reverse engineering, scraping, or automated high-frequency abuse of our API.
- Rely on AI interpretations to make critical life, medical, legal, financial, or relationship decisions.
4. User Content License
You retain ownership of the dream descriptions you write. However, by submitting a dream narrative, you grant AGSG LLC a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, limited license to process, transmit, and analyze the text solely as necessary to operate the service and generate your requested AI interpretation.
5. Third-Party AI Inference Providers
To provide high-availability generation, Dreamzus utilizes third-party artificial intelligence inference APIs (such as Groq, NaraRouter, OpenRouter, Cloudflare Workers AI, and DeepSeek). Submitted text is transmitted to these providers under secure TLS connections. You acknowledge and agree that your submitted narrative is processed by these third-party providers and is subject to their applicable terms and privacy practices.
6. Termination & Service Modifications
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the service, or modify features and rate limits at any time without prior notice or liability.
7. Governing Law & Severability
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Georgia, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
